So to follow up since I took the pill within 16 hours of having unprotected intercourse it is not possible for me to become pregnant, but instead my cycle will b late or early ?

However, it can also disrupt your regular period. Other side effects can include: nausea, tender breasts, and cramping. These symptoms do not indicate pregnancy.
