A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside (or rarely) on the opening to her vagina. When sperm comes in contact with the vaginal canal there is always going to be some risk. But there is a big difference btw what is a realistic scenario for becoming pregnant and a far-fetched or very unlikely one. Only you and your boyfriend can know exactly what went on. I can only give you give information.
Moving forward, use protection during this kind of sex play, especially if intercourse follows.
