Please help my girlfriend is having terrible cramps but she isn't on her period.

It's been going on for a few days now. She's been having a really bad pain in her lower rights side and under her belly button. I don't think she is pregnant. Because we have never had sex before. We have grinder up on each other. But never had sex. She's feeling nauseous. And she's having spotting. Her period was 7 days ago. It's affecting her really bad. Please help.
