Hi, I had my period on the 18th of this month and I had sex early hours of 22nd of this month and I took postinor 2 around 6pm on the 22nd of this month now am having brown discharge no pain and the discharge comes and goes, is it possible that am pregnant?

No. The brown discharge that comes and goes is old blood and any uterine lining left from your most recent period. You are not pregnant.
Anonymous, did your period start or end on March 18? If it started on March 18, you might have still been bleeding on March 22. If it ended on March 18 and you bled for five to seven days before, there would be a very slight chance for conceiving with unprotected sex.
Since you took Postinor 2 soon after and have had brown vaginal discharge, I think we can say that you are not pregnant.
