Hi Anon

Sperm could probably survive up to about 20 minutes on wet hands - we cannot say for sure.
Genital stimulation with fingers does not cause pregnancy unless there was sperm on hands, then it's possible.
Clothing is a barrier, no pregnancy can occur.
A pregnancy test can be taken about 21 days after sex unless she gets her period first - that will mean she is not pregnant.
Her symptoms do not sound like pregnancy symptoms but we cannot say for sure.

Susan thanks for replying
My partner was on 3rd day of her periods when we got intimate,
the period continued for 2 days more, roughly she has a menstrual cycle of 28-30 days.
considering all this what are the chances of her getting pregnant?

We cannot give out any kind of guarantees but her risk is very low. That's all we can say. It doesn't even sound like you had sex so just relax and don't stress your girlfriend out.
