I had unprotected sex 6days ago 2 days before my period on 26th day then after 2days had spotting and a little bleed but now I have nausea and headache since two days can I be pregnant ???

Ovulation should have happened two weeks before your period was due. So, there should not have been a risk by having unprotected sex two days before your period was due to start.
Had you had unprotected sex any other times in this menstrual cycle?
Since you only spotted with some light bleeding, take a home pregnancy test. For the most accurate result, test in the morning.
