I am currently on my 7th active pill of Mononessa. I'll give you a little background on my pack before last . I didn't have my period on my 3rd placebo so I started a new pack low and behold I started on my 3rd active pill bled through that entire pack by bled I mean spotted until my next placebo pack on my 3rd or so say I had sex and it helped my withdrawal bleed start I started taking my active pills again technically on my 6th pill BUT I have been having bowel issues due to a medication I was on after my tonsillectomy caused horrible stomach cramps and watery diarrhea so I took another pill last night because I had lost my dinner to diarrhea (1 hr after taking my pill I also had watery diarrhea the night before but it was 3 hours after my pill) now I'm taking my 7th pill today in my pack. I'm still having my period like bleed, clotting, red like a normal period. What do I do? I also had sex Friday the 22nd was I protected before hand from the sex because my diarrhea wasn't until yesterday night and I took another pill and the other diarrhea the night before was like I said 3hrs after. (Also the 22nd is when I started my new pack). (I also took two placebos of my last pack and then was on my 3rd day I had sex and started active pills again that was on the 22nd)

Hello Cupcake97,

Welcome again to EmpowHER. This is beyond me and I urge you to speak with your gynecologist about this.
