Regarding Skin

Dear EmpowHER,

I have come from sub-tropical region with high temp during summer and little bit low temperatures during winters. I was born with light yellow-brown skin. But did not care about my skin until few years ago as I thought color has got nothing to do. While abdomen is light yellow-brown skin the other parts exposed to sun are dark brown red even my buttocks. Though people say I have charm I do not believe in them . I feel little bit down when I go to meet new people especially when are white and shining. Now I live in finland and sometimes I feel the same. Also in Finland my skin got dried and my lips suddenly changed from red to brown. And my sleep is entirely disturbed. Like I go to bed late night and wake up sometimes early or very late. Please suggest me naturally what things should I use to look shining beautiful. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Regards,
enigmaekkui.

Hello miscortes,

How good/bad is multi skin colors. How can I tone it more or less to single skin color. How can I get ride of dry skin. I do like to have shining skin rather than dull skin.

Regards,
enigmaekkui.

Hi MrEnigma

There is absolutely nothing wrong with having varied skin tones. Anyone who spends time in the sun has areas that darken compared to the areas that were covered during the sun exposure. Eventually that fades back to your original tone most of the time.

You can always use some sort of makeup foundation to blend the colors better, but that is only because you are uncomfortable with it and is not necessary.

As for the dryness, there are many, many moisturizers on the market for this, and the type you should use depends on what you like the feel and smell of as much as anything else. Also be sure to drink plenty of water so you and your skin stay hydrated.

I hope this answers your questions. Thank you for writing.

Hi Mr. Enigma,
Thank you for your question. I am unsure if I understand what you’re trying to achieve. Are you concerned with your multi skin colors and are trying to find a way to be one skin tone?
Thanks for providing an update to your question.
Sincerely,
Melissa
