Hi Anon

Thanks for your post!

A high UCR level can mean you have diabetes. Is this the case? If so, you need to work with a nutritionist to learn about the best foods to lower your levels and other ways to get healthier. If your numbers are high - as you say they are - you may have serious kidney disease.

Are you working with doctors on this?

You need to drink a lot of water, have lean protein and less of it as well as eating only unprocessed foods. You need to reduce your salt intake and avoid alcohol. You may also need to take medication. Work with your doctors on this.
