Hi! Gillet, thank you for answering. I'm sure he didn't and if I'm experiencing irregular menstrual. What is the best thing to do? Thanks.

Hello Aberrent,
I'll be following up on your question for Gillet.
There are many different reasons for irregular periods. Light or missed periods usually do not indicate a serious problem. More importantly, you should watch for frequent, prolonged or heavy bleeding.
You can have a completely healthy reproductive system without having regular periods. In this case, most doctors recommend taking birth control pills to induce a period each month through hormones. This is not alway necessary, but its the most common option.
Below I have pasted a linK to an article that talks more about the causes of irregular periods.

I hope that helps.
