ask: Retinal Vascultis
I have been diagnosed with Retinal Vascultis. One doctor suspects Eales but the doctor who diagnosed does not. He has prescribed steriods for treatment of the inflammation. His reasoning: all blood tests including PPD and quantifirum were negative (i.e. normal). And I have no leakage in the peripheral vessels. So he doesn't believe it's Eales. Any ideas? Does this sound like the appropriate treatment? Who are the best doctors in the country for retinal vasculitis?

Sandia Park New Mexico. Near ABQ. We have doctors but was trying to get as much feedback as possible. Perhaps there are specialists in other parts of the country? Don't know enough about it.
