Seeing two periods at first week and last week of the month and causing pain on my right side

How long have you been having a period on the first and last week of a month? When did this pattern start? Prior to this, how long was your menstrual cycle? Have you ever been diagnosed with a hormone imbalance? How old are you? When was your last pelvic exam and pap smear? Have you been diagnosed with any medical conditions?

When did the pain on your right side begin? Is the pain constant or intermittent? Is it sharp or dull?

You must be evaluated by your gynecologist, who will ask these and other questions, plus do a pelvic exam and order blood tests if necessary.
