Some months I have a period, some months I don't.

I am on birth control, am not pregnant, some months I will have a light period, some months I do not, as in the last two months. Pregnancy tests are negative. I have lost 60 pounds over a year and a half time. I also have continence issues, specfially at night. I am only 30 years old. This is ridiculous. Most recent gyno exam and pap were fine as of July 2010. This issue has been going on for 2 years, and frankly I am tired of it. I am on meds for anxiety. I don't know what else to do.

Do you have a primary care physician? It would be good to have a general physical and check up to see if there are underlying issues that could be affecting your health. You may also want to get a referral to a urologist to address the incontinence concerns if you feel you are not getting the support you need from your gynecologist.

One more thing, I do have a tilted uterus per my OB/GYN, not sure if that would have anything to do with this as well.

Also, the weigh loss was intentional, through diet and exercise.
