Hi i been on birth control for years now i take it every month sometimes i miss a pill so i take it the next day.....my pack is 21 days my cycle is 24 days..... now my period is coming the beginning of the month and at the end of the month.....i recently realize dark brown/red spotting from 3 days before my period this month and getting all the cramps everything is it normal?

Yes, this is very normal. It is nothing to worry about. This can happen even when on birth control.
