Spotting, then bleeding for two days... could I be pregnant?

Hi. So I started spotting about a week before my period, dark brown blood and sometimes pinkish. I had very light cramps with it, and they didn't last long. My period showed up about one to two days late. I bled fairly heavily, but still not as heavy as normal, for about 2 days and now it appears to be done. My appetite is increasing, I'm having random cravings, I'm constipated, extremely tired yet having a hard time sleeping, and I've had some lower back pain. Is it possible that I'm pregnant, even though it seems I got my period?

Hi Anon

If you got your period on time (a day or two late is on time) then you're not pregnant.

Your symptoms may be psychological as you said (and this is quite common!). A test will let you know for sure but I think it will be negative.

OP here. Forgot about some symptoms. I've been nauseous and had to urinate frequently. I'm not sure how much of this might be psychological or if there's actually a chance of pregnancy.
