today is day 35 of my cycle and no period... what might be going on??

my last period was 35 days ago and I have no signs of my period except for some lower back pain that comes and goes, some frequent urination and fatigue. the weird thing is that my breasts don't hurt at all. we had sex with my boyfriend during my fertile days but we used a condom and then had unprotected sex on cycle day 23 or 24. I took a home pregnancy test yesterday morning (cycle day 34) and it came up negative. it was a 20 mlU/mL sensitivity test. Could it be that my hormones were so low at that point that the test couldn't pick it up?? I also plan on doing the same brand test tomorrow morning (cycle day 36).

by the way, I have taken a course of antibiotics (augmentin) before my fertile window, could it have delayed my period?? (considering I've been quite regular with 29-30 days over the past few cycles)
