Hello!
I got my last menstrual period on April 8th and bled for 9 days. It was a delayed period. My periods are irregular. During my LMP I dint have any period cramps. It was zero cramps when i got my period. Now I'm due on May 8th. But from last 5-6 days I'm getting severe period cramps near the vagina. I had food poisoning for 5 days and now i'm recovering. Additional to that I'm getting these period cramps. I dint have sex at all as most of the answers are showing that Its pregnancy so I'm mentioning that. Help me please.

It sounds like your period is on its way. Illness can impact your menstrual cycle. It may come early or late. That said, if you are feeling very ill and in pain see your doctor or urgent care facility.
