Are you referring to interstitial cystitis when you say "IC"?
Most diet pills are not recommended; how much weight do you need to lose to be within a healthy weight range? Have you talked with your doctor about your weight loss options?

Yes I mean interstitial cystitis and I would like to lose 40 to 50 lbs
