My menstruation cycle was 26 days. This changed when I had my child. It's now irregular at times twice a month. At times it will also be 35days cycle. I also want to have another child which has taken me three years. Any advice?

Hi Anon,

Thank you for sharing your questions with the EmpowHER community.

There are a plethora of reasons why women experience irregular periods/menstrual cycles.  Stress, medications, increased exercise, diet, etc.

Normal menstrual cycles last anywhere from 21-35 days, and irregular cycles up to 45 days.
