Q:

What are these red bumps/sores showing up all over?

First about 2 weeks ago two large bumps appeared on my butt cheek and the area where the cheek turns into the thigh, gross I know, but i picked at them and its like a sore in the middle of them, like a flatter volcano shape with bloody scabs in the middle. Then I started getting smaller versions of these bumps everywhere, on my face, chest, and stomach mainly probably10-15 of them and two more large ones on my butt cheeks.
Now I'm getting these red bumps in clusters and singles that don't do the volcano deal but they're on my arms and legs and stomach and a single one on my butt cheek.

None of them have gone completely away yet and they are sore, especially the new ones, and it's scaring me. And I have no money for a doctor right now. Please help.

Hi Anonymous,
Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. There are numerous reasons for bumps and I am going to provide you this link for more information http://www.bettermedicine.com/article/sores from Better Medicine.

As you can see, there are several possibilities to your issue. Is there anything that you can explain to us that occurred prior to you noticing the breakout? Are you female? How old are you? The more information you can provide, the better assistance we can provide you.

Thanks,
Missie

Oh yes sorry I am a female and I just turned 20 in July. I moved to a new place at the end of august for school. I was about 270 when I moved up here, which the doctor says is obese. I don't have a scale but I feel like I've lost some weight since then because I am trying to, but I haven't gone to any extremes with diet or exercise. I haven't seen any bugs, and it isn't herpes, chicken pox, or eczema. Thank you Missie
