block ear and nose,,, pain in both side, ear and back, cant eat ,, barely drinking ,kinda dizzy when stand up

Hi Anon,
It sounds like you may have an ear infection. Please schedule an appointment with your doctor for proper treatment. Whenever you ears are in pain, feel stuffy, and balance is involved, then there is definitely something not quite right going on in the ear. Please keep us posted after you see your doctor.
