The last time I had sex it was unprotected with my bf of 7 months and was always unprotected. This happened Oct 26. I have had 2 periods since. Each a couple days late. My periods have always been normal, slightly heavy. This last one finished was also really heavy, now finished. It lasted 9-10 days. Now light spotting off and on. What is the cause?

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. If you had your period since you last had sex, then most likely you are not pregnant. But, many other things can cause changing to a woman's cycle. Such as stress, ovarian cyst, endometriosis and many other.  You need to see your doctor, he might suggest having imaging test done to know what can be causing these changes. Hope this was helpful?

Best,

Daisy
