Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for coming to us to find out why you are having pain in the soles of your feet.
Causes include Injury, overuse, or conditions causing inflammation involving any of the bones, ligaments or tendons in the foot. Arthritis is a common cause of foot pain.
Anonymous, do you stand on your feet for long periods of time? What types of shoes do you wear? Are you overweight? Have you been diagnosed with arthritis or type 2 diabetes?
If have persistent pain, and burning pain, numbness or tingling, particularly involving most or all of the bottom of your foot, please schedule an appointment with your primary physician.
