I am not sure what you mean by "doots red". Can you explain what you are seeing, or what your symptoms are that you are experiencing?
You mentioned this is on your thong. Do you mean you are seeing something red on the inside of your underwear, and not sure what it is? Have you ruled out menstrual bleeding?
