My period was over a week ago(i.e) after a week of the discharge my bf rubbed his penis over my vagina.I was wet and he rubbed his wet penis that is precum over my vagina bt he didnt insert it in my vagina but it touched it.Im sure that he didnt ejaculate while doing that.Can i become pregnant?

If he didn't insert his penis, then he didn't rub your vagina as the vagina is inside the body. He rubbed the outside (vulva or labia area). A condom should be used during any genital to genital contact as accidents can easily happen. Pre-ejaculate fluid in itself does not contain sperm. Sperm can be picked up the urethra if a man has not urinated since ejaculation. But once he urinates, any sperm would be flushed out. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sexual intercourse with ejaculation that enters the vagina.
