Hi! I'm getting my first implant April 7th, even though I have no symptoms that are acute - at 50, my blood tests tell the obvious story of where time is taking this and I feel so blessed that I've found a treatment I'm confident in before I ever have to go through the horror stories I read of, but I'm, at the moment, wondering who the Dr. is that you see in WI, my home state. My sister lives in Milwaukee and had a full hysterectomy a few days ago. I've been searching the internet for hours tonight, trying to find a clinic close to her or in WI at all! Would you mind [posting] the clinic info? Thanks! Marcia

I have been communicating with them because I was going to go to their clinic in Appleton WI. They travel back and forth from Milwaukee to Appleton. I live in the UP and have Michigan Insurance. Decided to go to Grand Rapids instead. It is easier staying in Michgian with Michgian insurance. My first appointment is the 29th.

Thank all of you for your responses, since my first e-mail I have tried SottoPelle (Dr. Tutera)I had my second injection yesterday. I have noticed a remarkable change, with blood work to prove it.I would recommend it to anyone that wants to get in their hormones in balance, it does work.
I did see Dr. Tutera. He is booked for a while however there are other people in the various offices that can also treat you if you do not want to wait. Tell them Barbara Gray referred you and pass it along.

I WAS PLACED ON SOTTO PELLA A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO. I HAD TO HAVE A HYSTORECTOMY AT AGE 38 DUE TO TUMERS AND ANDRIOMIOSIS. MY THYROID, PITUITARY GLAND AND OVARIES WERE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY EITHER. I HAD NO INTEREST IN SEX, DEPRESSED, ANXIETY, JOINT AND MUSCLE PAIN AND CONSTANTLY TIRED. WITHIN 1 DAY OF HAVING THE IMPLANTS, I WAS AMAZED. PEOPLE COULD NOT GET OVER THE CHANGE IN ME. NOR COULD MY HUSBAND !!! I PERSONALY WOULD ENCOURAGE YOU TO AT LEAST TRY IT. YOUR A LITTLE SORE FOR A FEW DAYS AND HAVE TO AVOID BENDING, LIFTING AND SQUATING FOR ABOUT 3 DAYS. I GET IT DONE EVERY 4 MONTHS. MOST INSURANCES DON'T COVER THE COST. BUT ITS WELL WORTH IT.

I am using Sotto Pella and I love the way it make me feel alive again. I had a complete hyst. and I am 48. My sex drive is great and I have more energy . I take 75 ( 2pellets estrogen) and 137.5 (2 pellets testosterone) works good for me and my blood gets drawn to check levels. But I am trying to find sites to let me know if this is safe or not? Now they come out with breast cancer increses with HRT so are we in that as well ?

I had a complete hysterectomy at the age of 47, in 2007. I was in complete good health and lungs were clear! In the start of 2009 after receiving the pellets - (Bio identical hormones) there was a nodule on my right upper left lobe. It was non small cell adenocarcinoma stage 1. Lobe removed, continued hormone pellets continued, another non small cell adenocarcinoma primary on right middle lobe- that lobe totally removed, 4 months later another primary , stage 1 non small cell adenocarcinoma nodule removed from the right upper lobe by wedge resection in 10/2011. In 2007 was also treated with a stent for coronary artery disease which does not run in our family! THESE PELLETS CAUSE CANCER & CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE.
July 19, 2012 - 8:29amI swear it was caused by the hormone pellets as I have 7 sisters, no one to get these but myself and estrogen is so bad to be taken in this form. It does cause cancer and in fact this type!
PLEASE DON'T GET THE HORMONES!
Type in - Do bio identical hormones cause cancer? Look at all the sites that show you they DO and is the same kind that I have had surgery on 3 times after 2 years of the pellets!

And I too wonder if all of this is safe? I have been on this treatment for a year in feb. 2011 I feel alive again and do have a sex drive.

o luv the way BHRT pellets make me feel. Esp. the testosterone pellet, BUT last insertion my T pellet was upped to 137 mg, ANd 2 weeks into it, I began to have terrible hair loss. Ver upsetting. The T transferred into DHT which caused severe shedding. NOW do not know what to do. Skipped my 3rd cycle of pellets and now feel more tired and less energetic. Does anyone have a siilar experience. I wonder if I get a LOWER dose of T, perhaps 75 mg of T, will my hair loss not occur, (cause it slowed down quite a bit after this T pellet wore off) HELP what to do???? I miss my greater gym endurance.
