Well, like most whenever I am delayed around the time of my period I begin to worry.
My period tends to skip around a few days each month (one month the 19th, the next the 21st etc).
Im having healthy diet and i take protien supplement drinking daily.im a non vegeterian and take non veg daily. i drink milk three times a day(nearly one litre).
about my self because i am couple late on my period ,an today i a little pink thats it,An now nothing.Ive been having alot of mood swings an eating more.....
