  Has anyone gone through menopause 5 years ago or longer and done it completely without any hormonal help at all? I am in my second year of menopause after about five years of perimenopause.

  I never get my period twice in one month. And this month I've been spotting and cramping alot and I already had my menstrual period.

  and know i am really sure i am in menopause or peramenapause cause I haven't had a period yet haven't cramped , no breast tenderness , I have been getting hot and by nature i am a cold ...

  

  well i am 46 miscarried in 09 I had a vaginal messhing in 2005 so they told me not to get pregnant . So my cycles have been kinda weird anyways my last period was Sep. 1 and haven't had one since

  I am 36 years old and was diagnosed via endometrial biopsy and following d&c with endometrial polyps and simple hyperplasia.

  

  What are possible treatments for endometrial hyperplasia and various perimenopause symptoms?
