So many of us endured braces in our teen years. The memories of going to the orthodontist for monthly adjustments, wearing rubber bands, and getting food stuck in our teeth in the school cafeteria are all too familiar.

Luckily, we had a straighter smile waiting for us at the end of several painful years. But what happens when all the work your traditional braces did gets ruined and you’re stuck with crooked teeth again?

That’s exactly what happened to Callie Pirkel after her traditional braces were removed years ago and her wisdom teeth grew in. Learn how she found a solution to getting a straighter smile again with SmileDirectClub’s invisible aligners.

Q:

How has your experience with SmileDirectClub been so far?

A:

It’s been great, I absolutely love it. I’m currently about to wrap up the whole process of getting straighter teeth.

I’m at the end of my treatment and have one last tooth that is not quite where I want it so I’m going through the refinement process. The whole experience has been simple and awesome, and I haven’t had any issues at all. Dealing with the company has been great. They respond to all my emails and calls, and always have an answer for me.

Q:

What are some of your favorite parts of SmileDirectClub?

A:

I love when other people notice my teeth are getting straighter. I’m a school resource officer for a middle and elementary school, so my work is very public and I see about 2,000 people on a daily basis. It’s amazing when they notice my smile.

Q:

Did you have traditional braces in the past?

A:

Yes, I had traditional metal braces when I was in middle school. When I got older and my wisdom teeth grew in, it messed up my entire smile. My teeth were very crooked and that was my main concern. Since using my invisible aligners, my teeth are straight again and have improved so much.

Q:

What has really stood out to you about SmileDirectClub compared to traditional braces?

A:

It’s so much cheaper and it’s really easy compared to traditional braces. I don’t have to visit the orthodontist every couple of months. It’s very convenient as I can get straighter teeth on my own time. I would definitely recommend SmileDirectClub to others.

Q:

Why do you think it is important to have a straight, healthy smile?

A:

That’s the first thing I think people look at when they see someone. Your smile shows your confidence. It’s amazing when someone has a beautiful, radiant smile.

Today, I smile non-stop. I love showing off my smile and my teeth, and I like to talk to people about SmileDirectClub. I feel so much more confident than before.

Are you confident with your smile? If you think there is room for improvement, consider an option like SmileDirectClub.
