That's an interesting point about sleeping at night. Third shift is a very new thing in terms of our bodies adjusting to  being awake at night. A hundred years ago, hardly anyone was up all night, except medical personnel, police and certain other professions. Genetically, we certainly don't move that fast.

sleep is very important , in how we react during our day... and or not react, if we are sleepy , we can not interact during the day , and we can and will go to sleep at some time, because our bodies were made to sleep at some point... we either sleep during the day or night.. if we work nighttime , we sleep during the day... but when you have bipolar disorder you have to sleep at night

Several women said to me , I did not know about this group , cause I have had some problems with my bi polar disorder.. cause my menstrual cycle have put me in a manic episode..

I started this group to help other women who have Bipolar disorder and how it has affected them and to say what you sometimes can not say in a group that is co-ed , cause I think that sometimes our Menstrual cycles sometimes can push us into a manic episode...
