HEllo New Member want to introduce myself!

Hello! My name is Crystal and I am 41 yrs old . Married and have a daughter. I have recently started eating healthy and going to the gym. I love eating healthy but I do not have any imagination what to eat and how to prepare it! I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and learning some new things!

Thanks for joining our Group and you are very welcome here!

One thing you might want to try are free (or very low priced) cooking classes that go on at grocery stories or food places like co-ops, Trader Joes or Whole Foods or even Rec and Ed classes.

These are great ways to learn new recipes, and taste samples while you are there. If these classes are held in pricey places that you can't afford (Whole Foods perhaps, I love that store but can't afford to shop there much! ) then you can get all the info and shop more inexpensively elsewhere. You can also get ideas for a good cookbook or rent one at the library.

People who would like to eat healthy and feel good about changing their lifestyle.I would like to hear from people whom want to be healthy and happy and what healthy types of food they eat or what would they like to change in their lives to make it better one baby step at a time. I believe that what you eat affects how you feel inside.If people would take the time to eat properly their health and well being would change,their energy,mood and sleep. It would simply change their lives.
