I just made a blog about my weight loss journey. I thought it would be a fun way to stay on track and meet new people trying to loose weight as well or just bloggers in general. Do you have a blog to share?
This is mine - undeniablymeg.blogspot.com
Hi there! I just joined empowHER.com yesterday, so I have a lot to read on this site.
I write a blog, mostly about my everyday life, but I find that is helping me with my PCOS and weight loss journey!
Here it is: http://www.organicallymo.blogspot.com
Hi, I'm new to empowHER.com - I have been blogging about my weight loss journey for the past month and LOVE it! I have learned so much about myself in the process. Would love for you to check it out!
Thanks for reading! It's nice knowing I have a supporter out there somewhere!
It is useful to blog because you get to vent out all you frustrations, angers, worries and insecurities. Plus I can't wait till I actually reach my goal weight so I can go back through it so I can remember what all I went through to get there. That blog is going to be like my lifeline during this weight loss journey.
I just read your blog. It's great that your writing about your weight loss. I have the same problem and I have always been the heavier set in my family. My sisters are thin and tall while I am heavy and short. You should keep writing. I am writing my blog on WeightWatchers because it's easier for me but I enjoy reading your thoughts. I am glad that I'm not the only person struggling to lose weight. Just know you have a fan and I'm cheering you on! Also, your blog is motivating as well. I find it useful to blog about this process... it seems to help... I am turning 25 this year so we're not different by age much but ... I'll be bookmarking your blog so keep blogging! =)
I suppose I could post my blog on here .. but I'm not sure WeightWatchers blog allows that.
