Dr. Kharazmi shares what anti-aging preventions are available for women.
Dr. Kharazmi:
For women it appears to be the most common issue that arises, at least in my office setting, is hormone therapy. Why they feel that’s important and imperative in terms of the aging process is because if you look at a woman around menopause a lot of changes occurs.
One of the fine and common change that does appear to affect predominantly in women is behavioral changes, change in terms of attitude in life, changes in skin texture or changes in mood as well as just a whole concept of aging that occurs.
Therefore, for me I think the most important thing you can prepare a woman is that time, what we call perimenopausal state, where hopefully you can ease that process, perhaps prevent the symptoms from expressing themselves and in fact, improve their whole state of body and mind.
