Am I freaking out over nothing?

Ok so last night my boyfriend and I were hanging out. I gave him a hand job/blowjob and he ejaculated onto his stomach. I immediately got him a paper towel for him to wipe off the wet semen on his stomach. From what I saw, his fingers did not touch any wet semen because he had used the paper towel to wipe it up. He then went to the bathroom and said he wet down the area where the semen had been on his stomach BUT he didn't wash his hands. I am also on my period and had a tampon in. Anyways, I don't know how long it was, maybe 10 min, but there was a chance he might of touched my vagina with his fingers, but I completely forget. But I know he had to of touched other things before touching my vagina, even if he did touch it. I know that once semen is dry, the sperm is dead and its not like his fingers were dripping wet with semen. He also never fingered me since I had a tampon in and was on my period, there was a chance he did rub the outside of my vagina though with his fingers. I just want to know, is there any pregnancy risk?

So even if he did have some semen on his fingers, it would of been all dried up and dead after like 5 min? Or how long does it normally take for it to dry up on skin and out in the air? And yes I was on my period during this and had a tampon in. I always freak out over little things like this and its so frustrating.
