Am I pregnant?

I had just gotten off of my period and a day and a half later me and my significant other did some genital rubbing naked. He hadn't ejaculated at all prior to this and peed the night before and the morning of. There was no ejaculation and no penetration. But my concern is pre-ejaculate. I was 7 days away from my ovulation date and my egg released on time because I suffer from ovulation pain so that's how I know. Is there any reason for concern of pregnancy or am I just overreacting? I'm due to start my period March 7th and today is March 4th. Please help

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Genital rubbing or any kind of outercourse cannot cause pregnancy especially when there is no ejaculation. Pre-ejaculate cannot cause pregnancy when there is no penetration.
You also were not ovulating. So not only was there no sperm, there was also no egg.
Hence, it is impossible for you to become pregnant.
Below I have pasted a link to an article that talks more about outercourse and pregnancy.

Ok but what if I had safe sex and used a condom about two hours later? Is the risk even more? He never ejaculated at all this whole time.
