my girlfriend and i were dry humping naked yesterday. at one point, i rubbed the tip of my penis around her vulva and vagina for quiet some time and after i fingered her. i didn't ejaculate anywhere near her to be sure. im wondering if theres a chance she could get pregnant. we want to take fast actions if we need to.

i forgot to mention that she is not on the pill and is, possibly, on the 3rd week of her cycle. she's freaking out and im hoping i could find answers to calm her down

If there is no ejaculation whatsoever then there should be no risk but this is no practicing safe sexual behavior as accidents can happen very suddenly. The use of a condom should be used anytime there is genital to genital contact.
