If I start my new birth control back a day late so Monday instead of Sunday can it affect me in any way ?

You can either make Monday your new start day (you may need to use a backup BC method for 7 days just to be safe). Or if you prefer Sundays, treat it as a missed pill, taking 2 pills on Monday so that Sunday is made up. The main thing is to start and take your BC regularly as before.
