Hi I am a 18 year old girl bout to turn 19 in two months and I been diagnosed with HPV... Me and my boyfriend been together for 7 months now and we been sexually active and I just found out I had HPV and he haven't been tested and since then we distance are self from having sex and we want to start with are sexual lives again but I just wanted to know will oral sex be a problem when you have HPV???

According to WebMD:
Scientists are still learning how oral HPV spreads. Only a few studies have looked into how people get infected. Many doctors suspect it’s passed on through oral sex, but no one can say for sure. It is clear that you can’t get oral HPV from casual contact - like kissing on the cheek or sharing a drink with an infected person.
I would speak to your doctor about your concerns and see what his opinion/advice is about this.

Ohk so if we are both infected with that virus and we still kiss each other or drink from the same cup would we be passing it back and forth
