Hello Anonymous,
It is very unlikely to contract HIV or Hepatitis by having contact with a comb used in the barber shop. HIV and Hepatitis B and C are transmitted by contact with blood, semen and other body fluids from an infected person. Hepatitis A is transmitted by consuming food or water contaminated with the virus.
