I mean,we were both wearing underwear,while dry humping and after we finished he had two(wallnut big) wet spots on his boxers.Not sure,if my underwear was wet,because of myself or his prec*m,but Im hoping it was my 'liquid',because the prec*m wasn't a lot.
Also we are not sure when the prec*m came,so it could've come before the humping (which means,it could've happend when we were making out.)
Could this make me pregnant?I mean if we say the prec*m came during the humping and my underwear got a bit wet,because of it?

But in my case there were these two sptos and also my own wetness.

From the situation you explained above, you would not be able to get pregnant. For pregnancy to occur, there must be actual intercourse. Pregnancy can't occur from something like dry humping.
