I found it painful to have sex with men missing their foreskin. Personally.
This is not the case for everyone, but the foreskin adds lubrication and the frenulum being intact allows the glans to move and stimulate the Gspot. It allows me to get more aroused and open, and provides lubrication from a source other than myself.

There is no clear-cut answer (that I know of) how circumcision affects female pleasure. Each person, each sexual experience is different. So, I think it all depends on who you ask.
