My boyfriend and I had sex with a condom about 2 weeks ago. I am also on birth control but the night I had sex was the night after I had missed the pill. But after we had sex I took the 2 pills. ( normal and the one i missed ). I usually get my period around this time of the month but it hasnt come yet. I have some white discharge and little cramps but im scared the condom might have broke and im pregnant or something. Please help.

Hello Anonymous,

Yes. Missing doses, not making up for them and not using back up protection, such as a condom, did put you at risk for becoming pregnant.

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER.

You made up for the missed doses that same day. You fear the condom broke but not certain.

Missed pills may cause a delay in withdrawal bleeding. Try your best to relax and the bleeding should start.

Regards,
Maryann
