Q:

Could I be pregnant if I took Plan B four to five days late?

I had unprotected sex (12/16/15) and did not use any method of protection. I am not worried about STDs since I have been with that person, but I didn't take the morning after pill until (12/21/15). I know it becomes less effective the longer you wait to take it but I'm not sure what my chances are.

Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Taking emergency contraception does not prevent STD's nor does taking regular birth control pills. Only using condoms will help prevent STD's.
Also, the pill is not effective after 3 days from having sex. However, if you were not ovulating during the time you have sex, you will not become pregnant anyway.
If you miss your next period, take a pregnancy test.
