early periods

I got my period on the 6th to 9 of February and I have unprotected sex when I was ovulating on the 19 February and my next period suppose to be on the 5th March but it started yesterday week earlier and it was just small drops yeaterday and today it's normal but not heavy as other months I'm worried am I sick or there is something wrong please help

Has the spotting of yesterday increased to a flow, so that you need to use a tampon? Is the bleeding red in color or brown or pink?

I am wondering if this is an early period or implantation bleeding.

For now, wait and see what happens. If it doesn't increase to a normal menstrual flow, but stops by tomorrow, consider taking a home pregnancy test before contacting your gynecologist.

For the most accurate result, test in the morning. Use the first urine of the day, which is concentrated.
