Reading this book, Clear skin by Kenneth L. Flandermeyer, will be helpful in understanding the causes of pimples.
2. It's not caused by any of the following:
-oily, greasy food or chocolates
-dirt
3: Pimples do not have a cure, only a treatment. Hence the recurrence.
Read that book and be enlightened.
You have to treat it for life

Hi Omolayo,
I'm not a physician, but these are some things I have read and experienced that might help. Have you tried any natural changes to your daily habits? Drinking more water, improving diet, exercise and getting the right vitamins can all affect how your skin looks and feels. And applying a gentle exfoliator a few times a week and moisturizing.
I know when I forget to moisturize i end up getting acne. I also know that when I eat carryout food for a week and don't drink enough water, my skin feels it. And I work outdoors often, and I usually breakout when I touch my face during work.
Also, are you taking any other medications or birth control? They could affect your skin too. I had friends that switched birth controls and went from having no acne to major break outs.
I hope this helps a little!

Hi,
April 11, 2011 - 5:25pmIs your sister a physician? If so, follow her advice on usage. When you say that only the spot remains, are you referring to a scar left by the acne?

Hi Omoloya,
April 7, 2011 - 4:50pmAcne can be an annoying and stubborn problem that can impact your self-image. I looked up the drug, Neomedrol, since I am not personally familiar with it. Did your doctor or healthcare provider recommend this acne lotion for you? How were you instructed to use this lotion? Why did you stop using it? Did the acne clear up and this caused you to stop using it?
Neomedrol is a combination of two active ingredients- an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory. It is important to use this medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor. You need to talk with your doctor about how long you need to use Neomedrol.

hi Maryann,
April 9, 2011 - 11:46amno, my sister in irland prescribed it for me, bcoz all the medical text and the drugs my doc prescribed did not work, the neo medrol really work, it just like a lotion, so i dont think it has a limitation of using , as far is just like a body lotion, it is you that will determine when your face is clean,i don't normally using it as before any more bcoz my face are clear, but some times, one or two are still coming back on my face ,then i use it and it goes back again....but is only the spot that remains....

Can i use neo medrol lotion as my both face and body cream or it's not good for body?
June 21, 2017 - 7:17amBecause i also have the same problem

I don't think it's advisable to use neo medrol as a body lotion because of it's drying effect
