So am a little confused after a split condom incident (I was trying so hard to be responsible!). My GP prescribed Ella one which I took within 48 hours then I took the decision to get a copper IUD fitted. My period was due Sat 4 but I'd been having cramp and spotting in the previous week since the IUD insertion. I seemed to have two days of very crampy heavy bleeding for two days Thu 2 and Fri 3 Feb but little since. I'm confused as to whether this was just coincidental bleeding from the IUD or whether it was my period. Usually they don't last very long but I'm still getting cramps though no bleeding as such now.

I am in the same situation, I took EllaOne 6hrs after unprotected sex (either on the day of ovulation or the day before). This was Friday early morning.
Monday I inserted a Copper IUD, and on Wednesay I was spotting light brown discharge with mucous and some red blood.
Now some days before my period (almost 2 weeks later) my breast are swollen and I have dark brown discharge with some cramps. It feel like my menstruation is coming but only dark brown discharge.
Is this normal or signs of pregnancy?
