Hello Anonymous,
Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to us for help. We are not doctors and I suggest you contact your primary care physician.
The blood in the nasal mucus could be the result of blowing your nose to often or with too much force. I am very concerned about the severe headaches and pain in your ears and nose. You could have a sinus infection. Only your physician, who needs to examine you and run any necessary diagnostic tests, can make a diagnosis.
Please call your doctor's office today.
