Dear All,Thank you from your nice advice and covencing me,that having more sex is not wrong for me,as you mentioned that my wife is not sexully active like me, and she says you are more sexual, we have very good relation, and this is my first time of having sex. and now also only my wife is for me and i dont want having sex with others.but my wife says i am not ready for more than one time in two nights, and i am not interested to do sex with you every night. i want to have sex one night and only rut but not intercourse for other night to play and be with each other . i am telling my wife that i need sex each night even when she accept my request then i do sex twice in one night ,then she says i am not able to tolarate sex each or twice in every night.also other relations are going very well, with very good communication and every time increasing my sex when i see her.thanks

Nothing wrong with having sex every night at all!
it just seems that your wife has lower sex drive then you - none of you is right or wrong, just different. i had the same problem like you - i had higher sex drive then my ex boyfriend.. i was 22 back then and being a girl with a higher sex drive in the relationship made it a little hell for me - i felt like i was some kind of a freak/easy girl/sex addict.
..but then later i met a person who was just like me and there you go - magic for 4 long years :)

my 1st relationship ended because my ex bf would have sex with me once or twice a month after 1 year of relationship - it was impossible to compromise! but i don't think it's a case with you and your wife :)

try to talk about that with her calmly and openly with no mutual accusals, it can only help!

good luck and keep us posted!

Sex does have many positive, healthy benefits for individuals, as Missie said above.

I also wanted to add that what what is a healthy sexual RELATIONSHIP is different than individual benefits of sex. Most couples do not have sex daily, as there are many other aspects of life and being together that are equally important. As Missie stated: compromise and finding the ideal balance for a healthy sexual relationship for both of you is what is most important, and also learning more about your wife's needs and desires. What else does your wife enjoy doing with you? Perhaps she is interested in expressing her intimacy with you in other ways, outside the bedroom.

Hi Anonymous,
The reality of your question is that sex actually is beneficial to your health. Here is a great article for you to read http://www.4-men.org/reasonsforsex.html.

Your wife may have a lower libido than you and talking to her about a compromise in the sexual arena may be benefical to your relationship. Please keep us posted.
