Help! Sore breasts two weeks before period!?

I have a question/concern...I am wondering if it is normal for my breasts to feel sore/firm/heavier than normal two weeks before my period is supposed to start. I got my period on June 6 and it ended on June 15, which means that I would be getting my period around July 6. I would say that my breasts started to hurt around the 22 or the 23 of June. My breasts normally start to feel sore a week or so before my period starts, which has always been normal for me, so I'm a little concerned since they started feeling sore so early this time. My breasts are sore around the outer edges, and they only hurt when I push down on them or move around/lift my arms up. The area around my nipples definitely seems more stretched out than usual. There is some darkening around this area, but I think they have always looked like that. I have also been having a clear, watery discharge for the past couple of days.

I'm 22 years old and I am not on birth control. The only form of birth control my boyfriend and I use are condoms, and we have never had unprotected sex. We have always, always used a condom. I know that condoms are not always 100% safe so...ugh.

I have been reading some forums on early pregnancy symptoms that have to do with breast soreness and what not, and I have made myself very nervous and scared. Sometimes I feel very paranoid about becoming pregnant since that's that last thing I want right now. I also sometimes feel that having sex isn't worth all this worrying and that if I am not mature enough to handle a pregnancy than I shouldn't even be having sex in the first place. I tend to over-exagerate everything and assume that it's an early pregnancy symptom as opposed to PMS, and this is not the first time that this has happened. This is the only thing I have been able to think about for the past couple of days! It is so distracting/annoying! So, it would be nice to hear someone else's advice or input. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Thank you for your time and help!

I had never had sore breasts before my period until my 4th month or so on Alesse. The last month I was on it, I didn't have sore breasts though. It's all hormonal. This month I haven't been on the pill, but my nipples have been sore the last couple days. It could be because of ovulation, or it could mean I'm expecting baby #2 with my amazing hubby. I'll just have to wait and find out next week.

I'm in the same situation right now. Me & my boyfriend started having sex a month ago & now I'm having sore breast. My period is due in 4 days & it's killing me! :/ & we always use protection & he pulls out. But I'm the type of person who overthink thing. So he washes his hand before & after any intercourse, but I'm still waiting for my period! Ahh. Also I took the plan B a week ago

Pretty much the exact same thing is happening to me, except I'm actually supposed to be on my period now. It came early but I'm on the pill so it really should be now, and I'm too scared to take a test... I know what you mean about freaking out; I've looked up all the symptoms which is probably not the best idea...

The same thing happened to me with the sore heavy firm breasts, starting 2 weeks ago, and it really scared me because it's never happened to me before and I have irregular periods, but today out of the blue I got cramps and my period started. My breasts still hurt a little though.

My breasts get ridiculously sore just before some of my periods but not all of them. I didn't read through every single comment so perhaps others have said the same thing.
You could always see if your period is late and at that point do a pregnancy test and follow up with your doctor.
I hope that helps.

I have a question/ concern, it was the day after my last birth control pill, I started the sugar pills, and I had sex that night without a condom, I got concerned and started my new pack that night, so technically I took my pill 10-12 hors late, I'm one Alesse, is there a chance that I could be pregnant.. My period is due in little over a week so its too soon to do a pregnancy test but im getting paranoid, my breasts are very sore on the sides, and I feel tired, could this just be stress!?

For the past two months, I have had extremely tender breasts two weeks before my period. It seems that my pre-period symptoms have started eariler. I am not sexually active. I am 32 years old. Should I be worried or is this normal?
