You cannot get pregnant wearing clothes, dry humping. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside the vaginal canal or (more rarely) on the opening.

Clothing may get wet but ejaculate cannot penetrate through. As I said in my answer, you can't get pregnant wearing clothes.
